JOINER / SEMI-SKILLED OPERATOR NEEDED IN TELFORD, SHROPSHIRE!!
Do you have previous experience within joinery, carpentry or woodwork, and do you have experience using nail guns and saws within a workshop?!
We are looking for someone to join a manufacturing business based in Telford to work within their workshop, this will be working 6am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, with overtime available on a Friday.
This will lead to a permanent contract after 3 months for the right person.
What You Will Do:
- Operate a nail gun and band saw with precision and efficiency.
- Meet daily production targets in a high-energy workshop environment.
- Work collaboratively with a small yet busy team to achieve shared goals.
- Maintain adherence to health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the workshop by supporting various operational tasks.
- Ensure quality standards are met on every project to uphold the company’s reputation.
What You Will Bring:
- Previous experience in a joinery or semi-skilled operator role is highly desirable.
- A strong understanding of health and safety practices in a workshop setting.
- The ability to work efficiently with tools such as nail guns and band saws.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to meet daily targets consistently.
