What You Will Do:

 

– Provide first-line support for after-sales services, including warranty claims, repairs, maintenance, and spares, ensuring customer satisfaction is always a priority.

– Manage and develop service logistics, warehouse operations, and procurement processes for transportation solutions.

– Write and compile product support documentation, including owner’s manuals, workshop guides and technical bulletins, in collaboration with design and manufacturing teams.

– Oversee and promote the creation and management of spares lists for new and existing product lines.

– Support and lead a Service Engineer, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.

– Take responsibility for warehouse management, including stocking, goods handling, and delivery logistics.

 

What You Will Bring:

 

– A genuine passion for engineering, with hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical systems-whether through formal qualifications or personal projects.

– Strong technical and practical ability, with the capacity to read and understand engineering drawings.

– Experience in sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain management.

– High-level computer literacy and excellent documentation skills, including preparing manuals and technical specifications.

– A flexible, proactive attitude and a willingness to travel internationally when required.

 

As a Service Lead, you will be instrumental in supporting the company’s mission to deliver world-class visitor transportation solutions. Your expertise will enhance the after-sales and service support experience for clients worldwide, contributing to the company’s reputation as a leader in innovative engineering solutions.

 

Location:

 

The role is based in Warwickshire, offering an excellent work-life balance with a 39-hour week and an early finish every Friday.
