Our recruitment process

First interview
Where we get to know more about you and you get the chance to meet some of the team.

Online ability test and Occupational Personality Questionnaire
We get an insight into how you are most likely to perform in your role. We can provide you with this feedback, regardless of the outcome of your application. 

Final interview
A more formal interview format, tailored specifically for your role where you get the opportunity to meet more senior members of the Jonathan Lee team. 
Following the final interview we will provide you with feedback and let you know if you have been successful.
