Job Purpose:

To be the lead person for all of the graphics, design and layout for all of the customer facing materials. Working across a variety of formats, including web, print catalogues, guides, short form promotional materials, exhibitions, displays, off line campaigns, landing pages etc. Ensuring that at all time our materials are in line with the business brand guidelines. Bringing creativity and energy to this dynamic team

Responsibilities

  • Support the campaign plan with the creation of multiple specific assets which are needed to ensure that each campaign is delivered on time.
  • Support the creation of all UK digital communications.
  • Create compelling and creative assets for use across the multiple channels in use.
  • Lead and Develop and evolve the existing catalogues, literature and print materials ensuring all new legislation and product developments are incorporated
  • Create new and innovative ways to improve the business current print collateral offering.
  • Support the agreed annual advertising plan with a suite of "ready to go" adverts which are inline with the campaign frequency
  • Support any photography internally or use external suppliers.
  • Liaise and network with the Group Corporate Communication Teams and Customer Marketing Europe  to share experiences and best practice
  • Lead and implement the Digital Asset Management tool
  • Lead the Learning Management System by ensuring that the frequency of training courses is agreed and scheduled with the stakeholders and the 3rd party provider.
  • Monitor competitor and external market activity to drive innovation for e-media and print technologies.
  • Provide multi touch point materials for the distribution partners

Experience

  • Must have proven experience within a similar role
  • Must be passionate and have a creative flare
  • Must be a good communicator and to be able to work as part of an inclusive established team.

Hours: Mon - Fri - 8:30am - 5pm
