Training Business Administrator
Up to £13.15 p/h consolidated rate
A scientific analysis and consultancy company based in Reading is seeking a Training Business Administrator.
Working within the training department the Training Business Administrator will be responsible for the preparation of all training materials for delegates and for tutors.
- Check all training material is current, comprehensive and complete.
- Maintain current version control change process for training material.
- Support preparation of course check list for external training's.
- Provide admin support for course booking, invoicing and related admin tasks.
- Administration/IT skills Planning IT / computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) / Excellent communication skills
- Working on computer systems, administrative experience
- A-Level (Maths, English and Science)
