Engineering stores - Stock Administrator / Stores person (Rolling contract)
Location : Birmingham /Solihull

Contract Type : Contract

Description :
Job Purpose:
A dedicated stores person that is responsible for all goods inwards and necessary introduction. Also responsible for stock maintenance and goods outwards.
Personal Specification:

  • Have previous stores/warehouse experience
  • Be computer literate - previous experience of stock management systems would be an advantage
  • Possess excellent communication skills to interact with internal staff and suppliers
  • Be able to work using own initiative but also work well as a part of a team


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Goods inwards management, stock receipting
  • Introduction of store system including stock inventory
  • Maintenance of stock inventory and confirming repeat orders
  • Distribution of company wide delivered goods
  • Distribution of stock relative to build/test requirements


Other Features of job:

  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
  • Contractor
  • Full time, Monday to Friday
