Senior Design and Release Engineer – 55045

Pay Rate: Up to £23.06/hr LTD rate (inside IR35). AWR rate increase applies after 12 weeks – rate will increase to £31.41/hr LTD.

Contract Position based at: Dunton

Position Description:

We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer who will be responsible for designing and releasing Exterior Trim components for commercial vehicles in Europe.

Skills Required:

• Body Engineering skills including but not limited to BOM, DFMEA, Teamcenter, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Self starter and motivated team player

Skills Preferred:

• FEDEBOM
• CATIA V5

Experience Required:

• Strong engineering background with plastic components.

Experience Preferred:

• D&R responsibility of Bumpers, Glass, Heatshields, Mirrors.

Education Required:

• HNC or Equivalent.

Education Preferred:

• Mechanical Engineering Degree

Additional Information:

Travel: To support launch as required Hybrid model - up to 5 days on site required, depending on stage of program and review schedule.
