Title - Senior Change Consultant - 37929
Location - Gaydon
Rate - up to £41.56/hr Ltd (PAYE option also available)
An exciting opportunity to be at the leading edge of the HR transformation strategy as a key agent of change. In the People Transformation & Change team, we make change happen to create better experiences for our people. We are a group of internal practitioners deployed to support transformational activities by providing best practice change and programme management. As a member of the Change Chapter (team), you will be deployed to support HR Quarterly Business Review top priorities.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a Change Chapter, deployed to business transformation programmes to provide change management support, delivering programme plans and interventions
- Facilitation of programme events and workshops
- Creating user journey maps to help guide programme decisions to be made with the 'end user' in mind
- Analysis of feedback and other adoption metrics, then producing presenting meaningful insights
- Collaboration with the wider HR community to upskill across the organisation in change management
- Manage assigned initiatives by utilising AGILE project management techniques to ensure the achievement of planned outcomes, aligned to the HR Quarterly Business Review priorities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate ownership of change management activities
- Work with external partners in the delivery of change management (ie. training, Organisation Development, etc...)
- Dedication to your own continual learning and development to be an effective and curious change management specialist
- Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Previous project and change management experience using project management techniques e.g. project planning, benefit realistion approach, business readiness criteria, change impact assessments, training needs analysis, etc.
- Analytical skills to identify interdependencies and trends to help support data driven decision making
- Event/ workshop facilitation experience
- Communication and engagement planning and execution (story boards, event planning, 2-way feedback, etc...)
- Commercially minded with an ability to understand needs of the different business functions this role will partner with
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred
