A salary of up to £55k is available for an experienced Sales Manager to support and grow a sales team working within the Defence sector. As well as being responsible for a small number of key accounts, you will drive a continuous improvement culture to maximise all customer interaction within the company, whilst also leading the team to achieve targets and agreed budgets. While base HQ is in Stokesley, North Yorkshire, this has potential to be a hybrid role (following onboarding period).

Due to working in the defence sector you would need to be a British National and be able to obtain SC clearance.

What you will get to do:

• Relevant Degree or equivalent.
• Significant Sales Manager experience (desirably within the Defence sector).
