My client is a manufacturer of fastening solutions with a group turnover in 2018 exceeding €600 million with manufacturing activity in 7 countries.
They are looking for a Sales Engineer who is a tenacious individual residing in the Midlands ideally within a 30 mile radius of Birmingham.
Previous experience of fasteners is a significant advantage but may not be necessary if you have other engineering experience.
Key responsibilities of the Sales Engineer:
Manage established customers
- Engage with new customers and generate new business
Complete customer forecasts regularly
Competitor and market analysis
Build strong rapport with the clients
Ideally you will have an engineering background or a strong interest in engineering as this role will offer some level of technical support to the customers once trained on the product.
