Due to 12% growth the last 2 years, we are now looking to strengthen their supply chain with an experienced Sales & Order Processor. This position sits at the downstream link in the supply chain where your sole focus will be on customer order fulfilment. The S&OP will ensure that the customers receive a world class service in line with this iconic brand market reputation.
You will work closely with the Head of Supply Chain to define customer needs, working hand in hand with planning and 3rd party physical distribution to ensure orders are fulfilled, analysing data to resolve and define the root cause issues that are preventing the smooth flow of orders within the systems.
The Sales & Order Processor will receive, process and manage the customer order through to completion ensuring any road blocks are removed or averted. You will be overseeing orders of approximately £100m per year, so you must be confident, methodical, process driven and determined to achieve OTIF every time.
- Strong communication (verbally & written)
- Strong collaboration skills
- Computer literate - MS Excel is essential (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas etc)
- Attention to detail
- SAP experience is essential
- Team player
- Experience dealing with customers directly
- 3 PL experience essential
