Job Title: Reward Analyst
Contract length: 3 months
A Reward Analyst is required on a minimum 3 month basis to join the HR department of a company who design and manufacture state of the art products for a global market.
The Reward Analyst will work within the HR department, and this role involves a lot of data analysis and MI analysis. The successful candidate needs to have advanced Excel skills, and attention to detail is key. You will also need to be available at short notice for this urgent contract. Previous experience within a similar role is required, however this can be from any industry.
Essential knowledge: Excel Comfortable with Vlookups, pivot tables, index match, nested if statements etc. and handling large volumes of data.
