Regional Sales Executive

A Uk leading manufacturer and distributor of wooden garden products is looking for an experienced regional Sales executive to join their expanding team in the Midlands. Due to continued success and further growth opportunities.

As one of the most trusted brands in the UK the regional sales executive will have experience of selling product direct to trade and retail. The territory will be Midlands focused, based from home with a fully expensed company car plus a basic salary of £37,500 - £40,000 PA.

Job Purpose

As a regional sales executive, you'll assume responsibilities for trade & garden centre accounts as agreed by your manager, you will as part of your duties conduct sales visits, reports and administration across allocated trade & garden centre accounts. Initially you will be responsible for the growth of existing accounts and opening new accounts within the region, you will report directly to the Sales Manager.

As a dynamic member of the sales team you will deal with all aspects of the sales campaigns to generate new business in line with your targets via telesales, face 2 face, presentations and negotiation of product lines. You will interact with the marketing team to ensure all sector proposals are represented through materials and POS. You will actively engage with customers to demonstrate the product range, arrange  and manage trade shows and conferences to expand your accounts to offer continued support and sales opportunities.

To be successful in this position you will have a confident, persuasive manner, have strong presentation and negotiation skills a full UK driving licence, ideally from a similar industry background, garden products, fmcg, home ware or DIY with experience of selling to trade and retail.. You will be well rewarded for your continued efforts and have the support of a leading manufacturer of UK sustainable product to provide all of the tools to achieve success.
