Due to a continued and sustained rise in demand we are looking to recruit an aspiring PQQ & Tender Coordinator to join a small but specialised, friendly and flexible Lift and Engineering services provider based in Cradley Heath, Dudley.

The successful applicant will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience of working in a data rich environment where success depends on access to data and records.
  • Working in a fast paced team managing multiple deadlines.
  • An NVQ qualification of relevance to the role is preferable, at Level 2 or higher..
  • Coordinating and collating different types of documents and data into formatted submission documents.
  • Reasonable proficiency in MS Word, Excel etc.
  • Previous experience of work with public sector such as councils, health service or housing associations would be considered an advantage if this includes procurement related activities.
  • Experience in the use of procurement portals will be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience of facilities management or construction may be considered an advantage.

Applicants for this role will have the chance to develop their skills and experience to be able to:

  • Work closely with other team members to collect and format information relevant to bid and PQQ submissions.
  • Managing paper and electronic records to create documentation and maintain relevant data.
  • Review portals daily to seek, record and respond to new work opportunities.
  • Maintain a schedule of bid submissions and deadlines.
  • Ensure content on company website and portals is current and correct.
  • Achieve consistency of work from varying sources.
