Payroll & HR Administrator

Salary – £28,000 - £30,000 pro rata

Located – Cambridgeshire

A Payroll & HR Administrator is required to join a busy team in the Cambridgeshire area where you will be responsible for all aspects of Payroll and general HR queries providing an all-round support service for the site. The Payroll & HR Administrator will support the business and work throughout the payroll process. Candidates with experience of working in busy Payroll & HR environments will be well received.

Due to growth this fantastic manufacturing company, based in the Cambridgeshire area requires a Payroll Administrator to join the team who has experience of working in a busy payroll environment for a new permanent part time role (30 hours per week)

 As the Payroll & HR Administrator you will be required to:

• Support general HR Queries

• Responsible for all aspects of payroll

• Responsible for holiday and absence management

• Holiday calculations

• Checking of all payroll calculations

• Have a good understanding of confidentiality issues

• Liaise with HMRC

• Log and update details accurately within the HR system

• General Payroll duties

The Payroll & HR Administrator should have the following skills or experience: 

• Experience in a busy Payroll department

• Experience in all aspects of payroll

• SAP experience preferred

• General HR experience

• Able to work towards tight deadlines

• Strong Communication skills
