A Part Time Compensation Manager is required to provide support global luxury car manufacturer based in the West Midlands. The Part Time Compensation Manager role is a permanent role and is paying up to circa £65,000 per annum for the following skills/experience:

  • Responsible for executive reward at throughout the employment lifecycle
  • This will be from the proposal of remuneration during the recruitment process through to the end of employment activities
  • Coordinating the annual compensation planning process for senior executives, prepare quarterly and annual statutory reports, Remuneration Committee preparation, provide reward support to the Executive Recruitment Team, as well as providing annual benchmarking of Executive Reward
