Job Title - Order Fulfilment Specialist (3162)

Hourly rate - £17 ltd

An opportunity has arisen for an Order Fulfilment Specialist with a global confectionery manufacturer based just outside Birmingham.


As Order Fulfilment Specialist, you will be responsible for:

1.Ensuring availability of a specific product segment.

2.Early identification of potential out of stocks. Ensure transparency of risks and communicate them to the relevant stakeholders, escalating them to the manager where appropriate.

3.Lead Daily Huddle Meeting by setting the attendance and the agenda. Use the meeting to co-ordinate the information on ATP position, position against forecast, stock availability and customer activity to focus decision making and develop cross-functional solutions.

4.Track inventory imbalances within the warehouse network for short-term demands and initiate necessary deployment.

5.Monitor orders and process modifications including agreement and execution of Reason Codes.

6.Work with Demand Planning & Fulfilment to manage product allocations.

7.Reallocate stock to prioritize orders/customers in alignment with Customer Collaboration and Sales Revenue Planning.

8.Decide and execute exclusions and material determinations including necessary phase-in / phase-out activities. Drive alignment with the customer through the Customer Service Specialists.


In addition to the above you will have knowledge and experience of using SAP and Excel, as well as Supply Chain knowledge.
