Manufacturing Systems Business Analyst – 38195
Pay Rate: up to £22.68/hr Ltd – inside IR35 (PAYE option available)

The Opportunity
Manufacturing Systems Business Analyst will assist the business case development, solution and development of a new project.
The project is the transformation of manufacturing, manufacturing logistics, supply chain, quality, finance & purchasing operating performance through the delivery of improved business process embedded in standardised core ERP and MES, complimented by new digital capabilities.
Scope will be split into a number of phases covering the following capabilities and demand:
- Modernisation of Halewood vehicle manufacturing operations ahead of launch
- Modernisation of Solihull vehicle manufacturing operations ahead of launch including SAP EWM deployment in 2022
- Central finance move onto SAP Hana Central purchase and replacement of WIPs production purchasing
- Creation of commodity manufacturing capability for stamping, batteries, engines, IP&C and other make components / sub-assembly
- Integration of SVO into series manufacture
- Roll back of new standard / enhancements to existing SAP / MES plants
- Delivery of new digital capabilities for Manufacturing & Supply Chain e.g. automated inspection, connected supply chain
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Relevant previous experience in Business Processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Support business initiatives utilising Project Management expertise
- Relevant previous experience in Business Processes
- Experience of collaboration cross functional team working
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Sets high standards for written materials and diligently follows them personally and holds others to account to achieve
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements Support business initiatives utilising Project Management expertise
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- Serve as the conduit between the business units/departments and IT teams through which requirements flow
- Liaise between the business, technology teams and support teams
Experience Preferred:
- Working experience in an operational / manufacturing business
- Understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes
- Advanced knowledge of key business systems and processes, e.g. quality tools and techniques IT skills, with a strong knowledge of process flow diagrams
Education Required:
Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
