Title: Data Integrity Analyst

Contract Position based at: Gaydon

Position Description:

A Data Integrity Analyst within Logistics and Supply Chain is required to join a leading automotive OEM based in Gaydon, Warwickshire. This is a contract covering maternity, and will pay up to £20.58 per hour dependent upon experience. The Data Integrity Analyst position requires knowledge of data integrity and inventory control processes and regular communication with external stakeholders downstream, upstream and with UK finance team as well as a degree of interaction with other upstream departments within JLR and STA/quality.


Key Performance Indicators:

  • Quality: Manage data integrity and inventory accuracy within the SAP system.
  • Delivery: Manage inventory levels and ensure on time delivery in line with schedules and correct lead times.
  • Cost: Meet cost budgets and price targets. Ownership of Data Integrity activities and responsibilities within the Import Operations Deconsolidation Centre.
  • Management: Support supervision of LLP, ensure all processes are documented and governance structure is robust.


Skills Required:

  1. Strong numerical & analytical skills.
  2. Experience in material flows to meet scheduled demand for a high volume manufacturing facility.
  3. Worked within the supply chain and understands logistics and warehouse processes.


Experience Required:

  • Worked within the supply chain and understands logistics and warehouse processes.
  • Experience of supervising logistics service provider.
  • Experience of inventory management / stock control processes.
  • Understanding of BOM and change control processes.
  • Experience in material flows to meet scheduled demand for a high volume manufacturing facility. Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong numerical & analytical skills.
  • Full UK driving license
  • Experience of SAP implementations and / or SAP literate.
  • Good knowledge of logistics, import / export operations and international shipping.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Processes.
