Job title: IT Support

Role: Contract (potential opportunity to become Permanent)

Location: Coventry

Hours: Mon-Thurs 08.00-16.45, Fri 08.00-15.00 (39.5-hour week)

We require an IT Support to join a leading manufacturer of brake and clutch systems for road and race cars within Coventry. You will be supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and aiding in the evolution of the existing IT infrastructure.
You will be working closely with the manager and liaising/collaborating independently with Brembo ICT.

Daily duties will be a mixture of routine tasks, pursuing ongoing IT & business initiatives on a prioritised basis and troubleshooting/resolving IT related problems and issues as they occur.

The IT infrastructure is as below:

Networking (Preferably Dell)

o    vLAN Management
o    Switch Commissioning

o    Windows Server 2012 – 2016
o    AD Managemento    Group Policy Management
o    Exchange Mailbox Management

Veeam 
o    Tape Backup

VMware 
o    Experience with Enterprise Features 
      o    DRS
      o    Distributed Switches
o    Vmware 7 
o    Updating Hosts

SAN 
o    Equalogic
o    Compellent
o    Unity
o    Data Domain

Desktop Support 
o    Windows XP to 10
o    Extensive Hardware knowledge, to enable support of rigs

SQL 
o    Database creation and management
o    Backup procedures
