- First point of contact for incoming queries into Business Services.
- Working as part of a multi-cultural service desk team.
- Taking calls from employees from around the globe, regarding HR process and policies.
- Action requests that come into the team and addressing queries.
- Customer Service
- Shared Services (HR) experience or call centre experience.
- Administrative experience.
- HR employment law knowledge
- German Speaker
