A number of roles are available for Reward Managers / HR Project Managers (Agile working).
The HR Centres of Expertise are Organisation Effectiveness, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Reward & Mobility; they develop and deliver strategies across the company to improve organisational capability and the employee experience.
These roles will sit in Reward & Mobility and will scan the external environment to identify best practices in global reward and consider applicability to develop and deploy policies, processes and initiatives as appropriate, and fed this back to internal stake holders.
The ideal candidate will have HR Reward and Mobility background, but our client will also consider candidates who have good Programme / Project Management Agile experience from within a HR / Mobility team or a HR Generalist who has Reward experience.
