HR Contact Centre Consultant

Paying up to £18.72 per hour
A HR Contact Centre Consultant with experience of transformation projects is required to provide support to an international market manufacturing leader on a temporary basis in Coventry and is paying up to £18.72 per hour.
The HR Consultant will have the following skills/experience;
- Be the first point of contact for customer, answering customer queries by both telephone and email on policy and procedures
- Answering triages customer requests and queries
- Effectively utilises the ticketing tool by creating, accurately recording and managing customer requests
- Promotes the use of customer self-service by coaching customers to utilise portal
- Responsible for documenting and escalating issues and problems as they arise
- Redirect non-HR queries as required
The ideal candidate will have the following:
A HR generalist background
The ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
