Contract Position based at: Work from Home, with occasional days at Whitley when required

Rate: £23.30 ph LTD Rate (PAYE Option also available)

Position Description:

HR Advisor, Contact Centre

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Good generalist HR experience and had working knowledge of key HR processes such as family leave policies, disciplinary, grievance and absence management
• Has previously worked in HR Advisory roles where they have been required to understand company policies and procedures and help the employee apply these policies to their specific circumstances.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

Education Required:

Degree qualified or equivalent
