Head of Product Management EMEA
Northamptonshire plus UK and extensive European travel.
£75,000, 30% quarterly bonus potential, Car Allowance, Pension
This consumer facing organisation is a very well known global innovator, their products are at the forefront of consumer electronics.
As the Head of Product Management EMEA, you are responsible for the vision and strategy including Product, Pricing, Placement and Promotions and channel strategies and execution plans in the EMEA region. In your role, you will drive competitive advantage through a comprehensive category management of products for the current and new customers within mass market, retail, E-Commerce, B2B, education and Telecom.
As Head of Product Management, you will be responsible for the development of effective product to channel strategies by developing compelling and profitable programs, promotions, and placement of products
Effective management of your team with an eye to promoting and developing the best in them to grow the business
You will develop and grow relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders, both locally and globally.
As Head of Product Management, you need effective strategy, communication and management of teams and processes.
You will be Working with the Marketing Team on structured marketing campaigns, backed by on-going market research and in collaboration with key stakeholders, such as sales and marketing.
This is a key position for the continued development of the strong market position of the business and you will be expected to have excellent communication skills, and can influence and convince senior stake holders, including VP's, MD and Directors. In fact, you will develop "go-to" relationships with these individuals, becoming a trusted advisor.
As Head of Product Management, it is expected you will have the following:
- Minimum University degree, preferably in business, sales or marketing
- Fluent in English; other European languages a strong bonus
- Highly experienced in similar or related work, with work in consumer electronics or high-end products a plus
- Previous management experience of a team required
- Proven experience in the ability to handle pressure, manage multiple projects through execution and meet delivery dates
Must have valid work permit for UK or EU
