We have an exciting opportunity for a well-practised Head of Customer Experience who will help our client to deliver outstanding customer experience on the Sales Floor.  The aim is for our clients customers to feel inspired and valued, to enjoy a differentiated customer experience and to find dealing with them simple and effective

This role has arisen from a review focused on strategy for growth, to increase our a good service levels by improving the team’s focus, competency, capability and capacity for the customers’ benefit.

In order to be considered for this role you must have gained qualifications  through higher or further  education preferably in either a technical or business discipline.  It is also essential that you can demonstrate success in driving up customer service team performance to achieve targets in customer advocacy metrics (e.g. NPS or NES).

You must have extensive experience leading a customer experience/customer service or sales team to perform to a high level in a highly competitive market in which the service differentiates the company from its competition.  You must be able to demonstrate that under your leadership your team has exceeded its targets through regular coaching, support and inspiring them to succeed.  Additionally, it is essential that you have experience in managing complex orders using an ERP system.

This position will suit a candidate with strong, proven leadership skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence who is resilient and adaptable with the enthusiasm, will and desire not just to succeed personally but for the team to succeed with you.
