Graduate Manufacturing Process Engineer responsibilities;

• Introduction of high technology products into manufacturing, including Design for manufacture and process design and improvement.
• Liaise, support and work with Design , CAE, Development, test, quality and Project Management teams
• Follow and utilise lean and continuous improvement techniques on cutting edge projects

Identify opportunities for cost, material, time, labour, tool and quality improvements

• Design, develop and manage current manufacturing processes, techniques and process documentation
• Ensure processes and product conform with relevant quality specification
• Quality investigation / root cause resolution support
• Develop and support implementation of new products and processes in to manufacturing
• Build business case / case studies and justification for equipment and machinery for improved productivity

An exciting opportunity for a Graduate Manufacturing Process Engineer with the following;

• Degree in relevant engineering discipline such as Mechanical, manufacturing or automotive engineering
• An interest in Manufacturing engineering and automotive technology
• Industry placement, summer internship or similar industry experience in a manufacturing environment  highly desirable
