Title: Finance Transformation and Change Specialist

Division: Finance

Contract Position based at: Multiple Location - Remote, Witley and Gaydon

Rate - Up to £37.03/hour Ltd rate (which equals £28.81/hour PAYE rate)

Position Description:

To provide robust financial reporting and insight through meaningful analysis utilising new data techniques Consolidation.

Responsible for supporting entity Management Reporting (Profit & Cash) for the current and next period. Explanation of performance variances between actuals and target. Development of Affordable Business Structure and Annual/Quarterly targets. Investment and Planning - Responsible for supporting the preparation, analysis and presentation of the total entity long range financial plan, life-time profitability of model nameplates, investment appraisal and emissions compliance. Covering both internal and external reporting, providing technical guidance and solutions to reporting issues, process & project management, and supporting the organisation's SOx program. Material Cost and Fixed Cost - Responsible for provision of Management Information and increasingly Analytics for a specific cost area. The roles require an ability to develop and communicate MI&A in a concise way providing meaningful and relatable insights to Finance Business Partners and the wider business that influence how our organisation approaches a financial challenge.

Skills Required:

Proven Finance Analyst, experience gained within a large complex organisation. Great at collaborating with a broad variety of stakeholders working across the company. High numerical and analytical skills. Role specific requirements may include experience of agile methodologies and data engineering and architecture. Requires a structured and passionate approach to problem solving matched with a strong business sense and understanding. Continuous improvement 'mind set' with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues. Able to plan workload effectively to deliver complex activities to challenging timescales. Ability to engage with the broader team around the coordinated delivery of objectives and strategy. Professional Accounting qualification eg ACA, ACCA may be a requirement for specific roles.

Skills Preferred:

In addition specific roles may require experience of working in a SOx environment.
