Title: Finance Analyst - Cash Collection

Contract Position based at: Whitley and Home/Remote

Rate: up to £24.61/hr Ltd Co (which equals c£19.02/hr PAYE rate)

Position Description:

A Finance Analyst for cash collection is required to support the delivery of Global Credit Management and Cash Collection as part of the end to end OT process.

This is critical to ensure a smooth transition into a pivotal role driving cash into the business.

Reporting to the Finance Team Leader (Cash Collection), the individual will have the following responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate the delivery of Global Cash Collection processes, ensuring the service is timely and accurate.
  • Contribute to the global deployment, standardisation and optimisation of cash collection services to all locations
  • Contribute to the evaluation of new business opportunities and initiatives to assess and optimise the services to be deployed
  • Demonstrate the delivery of month end completion and associated financial reporting to specified group timetable
  • Support the production of high quality, value add KPIs and metrics
  • Maintain effective day to day relationships with a global customer base
  • Adhere to the policies, controls and governance
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Resolve customer concerns, escalating as necessary
  • Undertake appropriate training and development
  • Embrace the Customer First principles and behaviours

ESSENTIAL MUST HAVE THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS BEFORE BEING SELECTED FOR INTERVIEW.

  • ICM or equivalent qualifications by experience in the industry specific field with ideally a minimum 3 years` experience
  • Must have international experience in managing customers, across multiple time zones / continents
  • Knowledge of industry practice and systems (e.g. SAP) relating to Order to Cash
