As a Fibre Engineer your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of.

• Installing fibre optic cabling
• Building joints
• Installing fibre termination/customers routers
• Termination and splicing of fibre optic cables
• Power and OTDR testing
• Fault finding
• Carrying out onsite surveys for new locations and prepare reports.
• Complete risk assessments
• Installation and commissioning of active equipment
• Reporting progress daily via in house systems
• Some overnight stays required depending on workload
• Managing vehicle Stock Levels
• Adhering to safe working practices.

An exciting opportunity for a Fibre Engineer with the following.

• Full UK Driving License
• Experience in a similar role.
• SA001.
• SA002 (desirable)
• S8, S7 (desirable)
