A great opportunity for a Design Engineer to join one of the world's first developers and integrators of hydrogen solutions, focusing on engineering, hydrogen infrastructure, industrial, on-road, off-road, and marine applications.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide design/CAD support to projects as required, including BoM control and management of subcontract design and analysis activity

• Liaise with procurement team to ensure design release to purchase order process is both effective and efficient

• Support the ongoing development of processes and systems for design, to improve quality, capability and efficiency with which engineering projects are delivered and supporting such initiatives from other areas of the business

• Coordinate with the Project Manager in line with engineering strategies

Skills helpful for the role:

• Mechanical design experience - packaging, modelling and detailing, within the automotive/ marine industries

• Knowledge and use of complex 3D modelling skills

• Knowledge of detailing standards and GD and T

• CATIA and SolidWorks experience preferable
