£27000 to £29,000 plus Commission & Benefits

A large automation company are looking for 2x Customer Success Manager to be responsible for the success of the customer, using knowledge of products to seek and offer new opportunities to customers. You will have experience working within a customer service and sales environment selling technical and engineering products.

As a Customer Success Manager  your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of.

  • Reporting into the into the Customer Experience Team Leader you will manage a range of different accounts and maintaining regular contact with the customers.
  • Building successful, profitable and scalable relationships with the ability to coach and mentor peers. 
  • Experience of running campaigns to target specific product sales increase.
  • Providing industry leading customer service, will be required to nurture and grow assigned portfolio as well as focusing on customer retention.
  •  Able to take customer feedback and present improvement ideas to the business. 
  • Taking the lead in customer calls, providing delivery performance updates, identifying opportunities and resolving customer issues.
  • Managing customer issues within agreed time frame including updating the internal complaints management system.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. 
  • Planning and Personal organisation skills with previous coaching and mentoring skills. 
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels including being able to present to wider audiences 
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Able to understand and translate technical information to the requisite level
