An opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Customer Services Analyst to provide support to a growing and busy department within a luxury car manufacturer based in Dewsbury, Yorkshire. The Customer Services Analyst is an 11 month contract role and paying a competitive annual salary.
The role:
- Ensure on time and in full delivery to customers
- Be the first point of contact for customers
- Analyse, understand and anticipate the customer needs
- Challenge customer demand expectations
- Maintain scheduling agreement
- Obtain quotes and approvals for special transportation
- Coordinates smooth new product introductions
The successful candidate will have:
- A logistics background
- Automotive Tier 1 or 2 experience
- Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong admin duties
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent oral and written communicator
- Able to work to deadlines
