An opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Customer Services Analyst to provide support to a growing and busy department within a luxury car manufacturer based in Dewsbury, Yorkshire. The Customer Services Analyst is an 11 month contract role and paying a competitive annual salary.

The role:

  • Ensure on time and in full delivery to customers
  • Be the first point of contact for customers
  • Analyse, understand and anticipate the customer needs
  • Challenge customer demand expectations
  • Maintain scheduling agreement
  • Obtain quotes and approvals for special transportation
  • Coordinates smooth new product introductions

The successful candidate will have:

  • A logistics background
  • Automotive Tier 1 or 2 experience
  • Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong admin duties
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent oral and written communicator
  • Able to work to deadlines
