To deliver a contract for a trusted client, we are recruiting for a Customer Relationship Manager to run the company operation at their Market Drayton customer site.

In this role you will be responsible for - and need to be passionate about - connecting the customers with the client's specialism and innovation, continually developing and furthering the partnership with them.

Managing a small team onsite, you will be responsible for ensuring their engagement and development, not just to meet customer expectations but to exceed them. Supported by the client, you will ensure when it comes to contract renewal, there is no question.

A strong ability to develop business is also a pre-requisite of this role.
