A Customer Quality Process Leader (IT Department) is required to work for a leading automotive OEM based at 2 sites Whitley and Gaydon.
To develop and deploy efficient, effective and continuously improving business processes to deliver industry-leading vehicle quality and reliability. Capture and analyse current state process maps. Develop future state process maps. Lead/Facilitate implementation of processes. Establish measures of performance (KPIs). Specify IT system requirements needed to support QA processes. Develop and update process documentation. Audit processes & set targets to measure performance. Ensure that all QA processes are up to date and reviewed annually. Assist other QA members to develop and submit documents for approval. Establish schedule for CQ target setting. Review external & benchmark targets correlation to internal targets & relation to competitors.
