A Continuous Improvement Coordinator with experience of strategic plans is required to provide support to an international market manufacturing leader on a temporary basis for 3 months based in Coventry and is paying up to £26 per hour.

The Continuous Improvement Coordinator will have the following responsibilities;

  • Coordinate, manage and deliver operational processes at pilot operations ensuring deliverables meet strategic objectives of the area
  • Contribute to the implementation of the strategic plans, working with cross-functional teams to deliver business processes and solutions and ensure that the team is managed effectively with service levels achieved
  • Understanding the implications of key drivers including volumes, economic factors and business trends and market movements
  • Work on operational processes by supporting stakeholders in ensuring processes achieve efficiencies
  • Support the adherence to compliance of regulatory, corporate or process through the introduction of a range of relevant methodologies, tracking and reporting of these metrics and manage the on-going development
  • Interface with key stakeholders, developing positive relationships, ensuring that service and process objectives are agreed
  • Respond to requests for management information and reporting
  • Work on assigned projects ensuring project management processes and techniques are utilised and adhered to


The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • A degree qualification
  • Relevant previous experience in business processes
  • Experience of working cross functionally
  • Good MS Office suite: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
