An opportunity has arisen for a Communications Manager to work within Information Business Services at a confectionery manufacturer based in Birmingham. The successful Communications Manager can be based anywhere, but will be required to travel to all sites as and when required.
This is a senior-level role that owns the communication strategy and execution for the IBS (Information Business Service) function. Within this role the individual will collaborate with the IBS leaders on development and implementation of IBS communication strategies and plans that drive employees' understanding of the function priorities and key initiatives and engage and align employees on the function vision and business strategy. This role will also provide strategic direction to other teams within IBS that own communications.

In addition to the above you will ideally have facilitation skills, creativity and organizational agility. You will also have proven experience in communicating to Senior Executives (CEO, CFO, COO) in a multinational context.
No preference to location as long as the worker can travel to sites as and when required.
