Title: Change Management Analyst

Division: Special Vehicle Operations

Contract Position based at: Gaydon

Rate: - up to £30.81/hr Ltd (c£23.06/hr PAYE option)

Key Responsibilities:

1.       EMA Change Control with Agile Roles

    • Update version controlled documents in EMA homepage based on approvals in various forums i.e. domain sync, programme guild, EMA board, PC
    • Review 1 pagers populated by squads/groups and make sure key info available, if not send it back to the teams and get it populated accordingly
    • Track minutes/actions taken in domain sync/programme guild and communicate changes/decisions to wider team via minutes
    • Communicate changes via TIBs on a weekly basis
      • Consolidate all 1-pagers in SharePoint folders for all top hats in agile roles and EMA arch changes with approvals (summary page only)
      • Manage offline change requests and approve with project manager if no cost/weight impacts
      • Consolidate all decisions made at other forums
        • EMA Board
        • Product Committee
        • EMA simplification
        • Transact changes and relevant cost/weight into RADs following approvals from agile forums/squad decisions (RADS assumptions update as a system admin)
        • Raise a programme PACN for all populated and approved 1-pagers and ask project manager to approve
        • Chase relevant functional owners after decisions are made to close the loops and Keep change implementation tracker updated with their feedback
        • Conduct offline alignment sessions for outstanding actions and join escalation routines i.e. group sync/group showcase when necessary
    1. 2.       Support CDF activities with L482/L383 PM team members
    • Join 3x weekly change control start up sessions which will be ran by L482/L383 PM teams
    • Coordinate L380/EMA approved decisions which are affecting follow-on top hats with L482/L383 PM teams through forward agenda tracker
    • Coach team members for CDF preparation with multiple functions including engineering, finance, purchasing, manufacturing, marketing, cost engineering, GPS, VE and many others
    • Work with PM teams to make CDF agenda ready and confirm all assessments are completed, otherwise ready for discussion at CDF
    • Join weekly CDF which will be ran by L482/L383 PM teams and communicate EMA/L380 decisions with the team if effecting follow-on top hats
    1. 3.       Change Control - Process Development & Improvement
    • Join development session of 3DX part level change management sessions
    • Provide improvement feedback to RADS team
    • Participating in RADS testing sessions
    • Working in squad/group teams to improve Agile change control process, 1-pagers, implementation tracker, tib, etc.
