We are currently hiring Cabin Crew Instructors to work for one of the worlds leading airlines. You will receive £205 per day for assigned duties and roles are available now!

Role- Cabin Crew Instructor
Location- Gatwick or London Heathrow (LGW OR LHR)
Rate- £205 per day for assigned duty- AdHoc basis (Read below)

Please note, this is on an Adhoc basis and we can not guarantee work every day. We anticipate a high workload but there may be gaps in work dependant on the skill set you can provide us. We will aim to keep to as close as full time as possible however as an instructor, you can also request a quieter schedule if you wish

The role

  • We are currently hiring 60 x Cabin Crew Instructors to work on an Adhoc basis for TUI. You will be based at Glasgow and paid £205 per day Ltd on days you are assigned duty. We anticipate you having regular work, however there may be days where your services are not required.

Your main duties and responsibilities will be as followed:

  • Deliver training for cabin crew in theory and practical training in safety, security, first aid, dangerous goods, and crew resource management.
  • Complete cabin crew records to monitor the performance of students
  • Complete assessment of competence of learners to ensure the learning objectives have been achieved
  • Responsible to provide the highest standard of training delivery according to the requirements of the customer you are working for
  • Identify and highlight feedback to the TUI Airline Training management for the ongoing success of each project TUI Airline Training conducts
  • Inspire and impart knowledge to cabin crew in the world of aviation safety training and give everyone the best opportunity to thrive in their role
  • Proactively working with the TUI Training Management to ensure you are fully prepared for all training duties

To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following skills & experience:

  • AET level 3 or equivalent (essential)
  • Evidence of CPD in the aviation training environment
  • CRM training experience
  • Aviation operating experience (essential)
  • Prior Boeing & Airbus operating experience as a cabin crew member (desirable)
  • Department for Transport CIN for security training ( desirable)
  • 5 year working history
  • 5-year Referencing
  • No disqualifying criminal convictions

In return for your commitment, we will offer you:

  • Flexible contracted hours
  • Day rate of £205 for days worked
  • Hotel accommodation when required according to the training location Rate of Pay
  • £100 Per day observation and upskilling
  • 1 return journey payable for UK milage at 0.45p per mile (capped at once per week)
