Business Support Coordinator

We are looking to find a pro-active Business Support Coordinator to contribute to the smooth and efficient implementation of new business and to support operational activities within the new and existing facilities throughout the UK but based in Tamworth of a major Logistics company.

The Business Support Coordinator will provide Sales, Marketing & Communications support to the Senior Management Team in the UK Contract Logistics sector. They will be responsible specifically for creating, designing and supporting RFQ, RFP and strategic sales presentations. As well as literature and formal documentation to support conferences, events, exhibitions, marketing and the upkeep of the CRM system.

Responsibilities:
Act as a support for all business development activities:

  • Proactively drive, prepare and write all communication topics, such as company internal and external communication and customer responses or presentations
  • Maintenance of internal information packs
  • Arrange all internal meetings and liaise with organisers and key staff and be available for attendance on-site
  • Keep the Sector SharePoint site accurate and up to date, including ideas for improvement
  • Ensure all Power Point Templates are current and in line with corporate design rules and generally raising quality
  • Support for all e-marketing, both internal and external bulletins
  • Sales/Customer Service - Provide updates, news and relevant news on a regular basis


Experience:

  • Excellent relationship building skills, Strong territory knowledge and networking skills
  • Ability to prioritise, organise and manage time and administration efficiently is essential
  • Eye for detail, creative mind, good written and communication skills
  • Marketing experience desirable


Salary:

  • Negotiable dependent upon experience
