Rate - £20.73 per hour - Inside IR35

AWR rate increase applies after 12 weeks - Rate will increase to £26.82 per hour


Position Description:

** Business Support Analyst - Ordering Applications **

The Central Order Fulfilment Support Team is responsible for monitoring and administration of the corporate inventory of orders throughout the whole OTD process and vehicles offered on eCommerce.

  • Provide operational support to develop and grow the capability of all Marketing Sales & Service users of the Order Fulfilment suite of tools and processes: Central Logistics systems: VMACS/Web VMACS/Freight Verify
  • Central Reporting systems: SEER/Smarts/MOCA/Execnet
  • Liaison and co-ordination with VOPS IT Team to identify, escalate and chase resolution on application issues affecting Order Fulfilment Business processes
  • Develop the capability and knowledge of the Order Fulfilment tools and processes to support Business process improvements
  • Optimize the data integrity in the Order Fulfilment and Sales Reporting applications
  • Coordinate related User documentation of the listed applications and ensure it is up to date
  • Develop and publish performance metrics to support process improvement activities
  • Support user training sessions

Skills Required:

  • Essential to have ability to work under time pressure, be comfortable with complex information and perform with a high level of accuracy
  • Highly competent in Excel formula and manipulating high volumes of data - Drive for results with the ability to remain focused and resilient, as information changes and reactive operational work arises
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a variety of complex tasks/ data simultaneously
  • Good communicator with strong written, verbal and, where required, presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills including identifying error and inefficient with ability to drive change, where required
  • Be a team player - the role will demand that you regularly communicate with other departments, as well as stand-in for colleagues on occasion
  • Self-starter with high IT affinity
  • The ability to appraise and provide constructive performance feedback to business partners

Experience Required:

  • Previous Experience of Help Desk Environment

Experience Preferred:

  • Experience particularly of VMACS, & SEER

Education Required:

  • Basic IT background, Fluent in both written and spoken English

Education Preferred:

  • Language skills
