Title: Business Performance and Planning Coordinator - 37182

Division: Electrical Engineering

Contract Position based at: Gaydon

Rate: - up to £29.17/hr Ltd (which equals c£22.51/hr PAYE)

Position Description:

  • Assist in workforce planning and HR colleagues to achieve future business requirements
  • Take responsibility for all actions, demonstrating ability, passion and an overriding commitment to a quality outcome for all customer to the process both internal and external of your department
  • Be the go to point of contact for all Engineering assisted internal recruitment, helping HR and Hiring managers efficiently manage internal recruitment req's through the internal HR process
  • Responsible for managing individuals who will be working on specific internal recruitment
  • Maintain data/records so that information is readily available and easily accessible.
  • Manage a database to show where recruitment req's are in the process and ensure the maintenance of proper and thorough record keeping
  • Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to keeping hiring managers and Factory Managers fully up to date on status of each internal posting and support throughout
  • Maintain and produce metrics that align with recruitment status
  • Measuring our impact - putting in place a simple way of measuring our impact so we can continuously improve our KPI's
  • Manage the hiring manager experience to ensure a professional and seamless journey from initial contact through to on-boarding
  • Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested

Skills Required:

  • An individual with a customer first mindset who is easy to do business with, transparent and dependable
  • Previous experience in a similar HR role ideally gained within a large, complex organisation and managing a small team
  • Ability to multi-task a high personal workload

Experience Required:

  • You will have excellent administration skills and be adept at picking up new processes and procedures
  • Ability to manage and drive a small team to deliver results on time and quality output
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication ability
  • Use of Outlook or similar diary/email application; Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Experience Preferred:

  • Work in a structured, organised and professional manner ensuring all administration duties are performed to the highest level, meeting strict recruitment process requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively and as part of an effective team with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrating an excellent ability to multitask and ensure highest standards and attention to detail
  • Discretion - confidentiality when dealing with sensitive and personal information
  • Self-motivated and driven Business systems
  • Answering queries and problem solving
