Title: Business Performance and Planning Analyst - 37369
Division: Engineering Operations
Contract Position based at: Gaydon
Rate: - Up to £17.47/hr Ltd (c£13.56/hr PAYE option)
Assist in workforce planning and HR colleagues to achieve future business requirements. Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested.
An individual with a customer first mindset who is easy to do business with, transparent and dependable. Previous experience in a similar HR role ideally gained within a large, complex organisation. Ability to multi-task a high personal workload.
You will have excellent administration and analytical skills and be adept at picking up new processes and procedures. High level of verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the business. Responsible for managing specific internal recruitment through the HR recruitment processes. This will involve ensuring that recruitment has been approved, liaising with hiring managers on the requirements of the role, completing a role profile and job description. Highlight key skills required and any specific application questions. Ensure that the role is posted correctly on the internal system identifying key dates. Work with the hiring manager to identify successful candidate profiles and ensure the system is fully up to date on data as the application is processed through the internal system. Be able to proactively enquire roles with managers to ensure deadlines are met. Keeping Hiring Managers and Factory Managers fully up to date on the status of each internal posting. Use of Outlook or similar diary/email application; Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Work in a structured, organised and professional manner ensuring all administration duties are performed to the highest level, meeting strict recruitment process requirements. Ability to work collaboratively and as part of an effective team. Ability to multitask and ensure highest standards of attention and accuracy to detail. Discretion - confidentiality when dealing with sensitive and personal information. Business systems. Problem Solving.
