The Business Development Manager duties will include:
Drives for results and achieves sales and pricing objectives at the customer in terms of contribution margin, volume,
Maintains and grows the market share in the assigned region, and maximizes the total value creation for the business
Identifies new customers and manage existing accounts
Working closely with the major Account.
Develops and nurtures relationships with customers and establishes solid relationships with them
introduces new products in conjunction with Technical Service at new or existing customers
Develops strong relationships with key stakeholders and builds an effective network.
Captures relevant market information and represent the voice of the customer to the business
Operates as quickly and effectively as possible in achieving targets
Provide technical solutions to customers and supports all new technical developments
The Business Development Manager will be:
Degree educated in relevant subject or technically developed though experience
You will be communicative and a persuasive sales person with minimum 10 years of experience in Polymers, Sales, Marketing or Business Management
