Division: Project Management/Customer Service

Contract Position based at: Whitley

Position Description:

Software Over The Air (SOTA) is at the forefront of automotive technology and is a core supporting pillar of our client’s strategy for reimagining modern luxury. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Service Quality (CSQ) team, part of Global Customer Services (GCS).

As the voice of the customer and exhibiting strong Customer First principles, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and deploying SOTA software releases (campaigns) directly to customer vehicles around the world.

Main Duties

  • Plan and deliver SOTA campaign activities and ensure rapid preparation of campaign summary documents in readiness for review in SOTA Customer Satisfaction Review Group (CSRG) and SOTA planning forums.
  • Track and minute tasks during SOTA CSRG and communicate the outcomes effectively.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders on dependencies for software releases to deliver timely yet robust SOTA campaign deployments.
  • Develop high-level timing plans for communication to internal stakeholders and markets, as well as keeping the SOTA cycle plan up to date.
  • Ensure clear communication of impending campaigns with service stakeholder groups, such as markets, retailers, RSA, CRCs, etc, while tailoring the information to suit the varied audiences.
  • Integrate with markets to ensure sound planning and launch of SOTA campaigns; also understand and appreciate the legal requirements and legislation within markets to effectively launch and deliver SOTA campaigns.
  • Monitor SOTA campaign completion rates.
  • Maintain reports against relevant KPI targets.
  • China regulatory body submission for each new campaign.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Demonstrable project management experience
  • Inquisitive and knowledgeable about future automotive technologies
  • High levels of PC literacy MS Office / Teams
  • Automotive industry, commercial and technical experience required.

Experience Preferred:

  • Experience of applying Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience within an Agile team
