Title: AUTOMOTIVE Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist - 38229

Contract Position based at: Gaydon

Rate: - up to £40.15/hr Ltd Umbrella

Position Description:

This role is fundamental to the delivery of the Electric Modular Architecture (EMA) and the first vehicle programme.

It will require an understanding of deliverable based delivery, Agile delivery and an ability to establish clear routes through gateways in a transforming environment.

This is part of the Programme Management team and is responsible for Project Governance. It is essential to be able to operate in line with the business 'creators code', being transparent, agile and customer focused

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Automotive Project Experience
• Process documentation and process mapping, KPI/deliverable creation
• Stakeholder Management
• Understanding of Project Management skills, knowledge and experience in relevant fields of automotive & engineering
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; able to build and maintain strong relationships and implement new ways of working

Experience Preferred:

• Jira & Confluence experience and know how preferred

Additional Information:

** THIS POSITION IS CONFIRMED INSIDE IR35 **

3 month contract as a start with potential extension following this period.
