Job Title - Analysis Engineer - Exhaust Aftertreatment System

Location - Gothenburg, Sweden

Rate - Excellent rates of pay

Duration - 6 months

An experienced Analysis Engineer with experience in exhaust sftertreatment system is required to join a leading automotive organisation based in Gothenburg, Sweden. This is a contract position, and an excellent opportunity to have exposure in a fantastic organisation overseas.

The group has the system responsibility for developing exhaust aftertreatment systems for VCC's gasoline engines for emission legislation worldwide.

As analysis engineer within exhaust aftertreatment system for gasoline you will be
responsible for planning analysis project work from concept to industrialisation.

You will work in the vehicle projects in cooperation with group design leader, component
responsible and other analysis engineers. The analysis engineer is responsible for planning
and follow-up his/her development work. This includes verification testing, development
of deterioration factor for our EATS.

As a analysis engineer you are also will also take part in developing new analysis methods and data analysis.

Example of current projects are the new direct injected gasoline engines, both three and four cylinder engines both in conventional drivetrains and in hybrid drive trains.

Requirements:

  • MSc in mechanical or chemical engineering
  • Good knowledge of measurement technology and methods
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge within the system area
  • Knowledge within engine control system, aftertreatment- / combustion system
  • Experience of engine/vehicle calibration Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Driving license
