£11.00 - 11.09 per hour + Contract until end of year 2021, PAYE Inside IR35
We are currently recruiting for a work and life advisor to work on a contract basis until the end of year. This will be remote working to begin with but must be able to commute to Bourneville office.
We will accept candidates with general admin experience as long as you are fluent German both oral and written.
Writes employee correspondence including but not limited to contracts, letters, awards.
Receives and manages employee data maintenance and Work & Life administration requests including: employee relationship changes, personal data changes, employee category changes, pay/work schedule changes, effective date changes, execution of reversals, domestic relocation, temporary contract end and extensions, voluntary & involuntary separations, cost centre changes, authorized signatories, inter-regional changes, maternity / paternity / parental leave, personal leave (paid and unpaid), return to work, downgrades, reference letters and confirmation letters for salary and employment.
Notifies payroll and other relevant parties of requests; confirms payments Updates case management tool and Workday (personnel data repository and workflow system) as needed, depending on processes.
Provides requested Workday HR and Payroll data / transaction information to auditor.

You must be fluent written and oral speaking.
