To represent the company within the Gloucester, Swindon, Bath geographical area. The role will be a mixture of Account Managing a portfolio of customers, maximising sales opportunities within current customers, as well as identifying prospective customers and generating new business sales. Provision of expert advice, guidance and support on the benefits and commercial viabilities of digital print, It services and unified communications.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain good relationships with base of prospective and existing customers utilising Salesforce.
Proactively identify and establish business contacts and generate sales opportunities within a designated territory.
Maximise and convert sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
Develop a strong pipeline of prospects using telephone and online marketing techniques.
Presenting and explaining benefits of available products and services.
Negotiating business proposals with customers using our internal pricing structures.
Providing a main point of contact for customers to enable efficient resolution of queries and issues.
Keep customer informed of technological developments within the industry and regularly updating them with new products and services available within the portfolio.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Provide accurate sales forecasting data and maintain accurate customer records at all times using Salesforce.
Accurate completion of sales and leasing paperwork and general efficient administration.
Attend sales meetings and manufacturer / supplier training courses as required.
Experience of working in a similar role ideally within an IT or Telecoms business
Experience of written communications,
Proven track record in Sales
Experience of outward-bound calling within a B2B environment
Solid account management experience
Proficient using social media especially LinkedIn
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
Ability to work flexibly
To be self-motivated and want to succeed with drive and enthusiasm
Smart in appearance and competent on the phone
Ability to make decisions and use own initiative
Creative, comes up with ideas

£25,000 - £30,000pa OTE £50k - £65k
