What You Will Do:
– Manage health, safety, environmental, and asset performance across offshore transmission systems.
– Oversee outsourced Operations and Maintenance providers, including procuring additional services and managing contracts.
– Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure the highest levels of availability and compliance.
– Review and report on operational incidents, providing recommendations to senior management.
– Engage with stakeholders and represent the company with external bodies, including regulatory authorities and industry partners.
– Evaluate technical reports and contribute to offshore asset life cycle management, ensuring reliability and integrity.
What You Will Bring:
– Degree-level education or equivalent in an engineering discipline, preferably electrical.
– Proven experience in electricity transmission technology and asset management.
– Strong knowledge of substation systems and offshore transmission operations.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships quickly.
– Demonstrated ability to manage contractors and develop asset management strategies.
